Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the private QuickBooks integration operated by Mouhalis Capital Management for its own accounting records.

Data use

QuickBooks data is accessed only to review, reconcile, report on, and prepare approved accounting work for the connected company. The integration does not sell data or use it for advertising.

Storage and sharing

Accounting data and OAuth credentials remain on the authorized local workstation or in QuickBooks Online. The public callback service performs a transient authorization redirect and does not intentionally retain QuickBooks data or OAuth credentials. Data is not shared except with Intuit, infrastructure providers required to operate the connection, or as required by law.

Security and retention

Access is limited to authorized personnel. Credentials are protected by operating-system credential storage. Local records are retained according to business, accounting, legal, and security requirements.
